  • Artist Retains Copyright: Even after the sale and delivery of the original physical painting, the artist, Ahmed Alosaimi, retains all copyrights and reproduction rights to the artwork.
  • No Reproduction Rights: The buyer owns the physical artwork but does not obtain the right to create copies, prints, digital reproductions, or merchandise based on the image without the explicit written permission of the artist.
  • Use for Promotion: The artist reserves the right to use images of the sold artwork for marketing, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.

Pricing, Payments, and Orders

  1. Pricing: All prices listed are final at the time of purchase, but are subject to change without notice for future listings.
  2. Order Acceptance: An email confirmation of your order does not constitute the final acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
  3. Payment Security: All payment transactions are secured by trusted third-party payment processors.

Shipping, Risk, and Liability

  • Risk of Loss: Once your artwork is delivered to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you, the customer. (This risk is minimized by the Full Insurance policy included with every order).
  • Accurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
