We want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique artwork. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.

Eligibility for Return

• Condition: The artwork must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling after delivery is not covered.
• Originals: The Certificate of Authenticity (COA) must also be returned with the artwork.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ahmedalosaimi.com within the 30-day window, including your Order Number and the reason for the return.
2. Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with clear return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Packaging: Safely repackage the artwork using the original or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs

• Damage or Error: If the artwork arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Change of Mind: If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
